Policy
BSR Technologies,
LLC does not share any information that customers
submit during the order process. We simply collect
the information to get your order to you quickly
and efficiently. We reserve the right to on occasion
email customers to alert them of any merchandise
or service specials. Customers will be given the
option to opt out of any future emails.
Return
& Warranty Policy
New items with
the exception of batteries may be returned within
14 days of shipment for a store credit, replacement,
or refund provided the following conditions
are adhered to.

Store
Credit is issued
for the Purchase price (Minus Shipping).
Replacement
is issued for the
exact same item, as it is received back to us.
Refund is issued minus shipping charges and minus
a 5% Processing fee (Restocking fees may also apply)
New items cannot
be returned unless
they are in their sealed container.
Batteries cannot be returned unless they are defective.
In that case they will be replaced. Most of our batteries
carry a one-year warranty. Special Order items cannot
be returned for refund or credit, only for product replacement.
Items that have been ordered but not yet shipped are
subject to a 15%
restocking fee, if cancelled.
Defective
items can be exchanged for the same item only,
and the customer is responsible for getting the defective
item back to us. If the item is defective we will
issue a credit for shipping the item back after it
is received.
Most services, such as our AirPort Graphite base station
repair, carry a one-year warranty. This warranty covers
only the repair that was performed and does not offer
any additional coverage.
